When you book a session with us, time is reserved exclusively for you. Please honour this by reviewing the following policies.<\/span>

Late Arrival Policy<\/span>

Please arrive <\/span>5\u201310 minutes before<\/span><\/u> your session<\/span><\/span><\/span> begins. This ensures the session starts on time and allows our readers to recalibrate energetically before your reading.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late<\/strong>, your session time may be reduced accordingly, or we may need to reschedule if the service cannot be completed within the remaining time frame.<\/p>

Rescheduling Policy<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/span>

Each appointment may be rescheduled up to <\/span>two times<\/span><\/span>.
<\/span>
<\/u>The session will be considered forfeited if you cannot attend the third rescheduled appointment<\/strong><\/span>. No further rescheduling will be permitted<\/strong>, and the payment will be fully absorbed,<\/strong> with no refund issued<\/strong>.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and in rare or exceptional cases, we may review such instances at our discretion.<\/p>

Cancellations made <\/span>less than 24 hours<\/span><\/strong> before your scheduled session will be subject to a <\/span>50% cancellation fee<\/span><\/strong>, as the reserved time is considered forfeited.

In the Event of Cancellation on Our Part<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/span>

We value your time and <\/span>are committed to the same. In rare instances where we must cancel your session with <\/span>less than 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/span><\/strong> due to unforeseen circumstances (<\/span>e.g., severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, or other force majeure events<\/span><\/em>), you will receive <\/span>50% off your next identical service. We<\/span><\/strong> will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible<\/span><\/span>.<\/span>
